Chat not understanding my issue so not getting agent to call me

I could not return a broken bottle of nail polish that leaked inside the package. it was smashed in pieces and the seller refused to cooperate taking no responsibility. The chat is totally ineffective and limited to specific topics not covered by my complaint. I never received a refund because I did not ship the broken bottle back. Apparently, the agent was incompetent when I explained how I could not return the damaged merchandise. Now I am out money which may not be a lot, but it is the principle that matters. Now the seller has blocked me from buying anything else not that I would do so. I cannot gt through to chat which is useless at this point.

If the item was not as described why wouldn’t you send the broken item back? That is what MBG is for. 
If you bought it at Walmart you’d be returning the broken mess to the store wouldn’t you? 
You go to your purchase history click RETURN THIS ITEM. You will be asked to upload a picture of the damaged item and take pictures of the packaging as well. I would place all of that into a ziploc bag then into a bubble mailer print the return label from your MBG return the mail it. When the seller receives the item back they have 2 business days to issue a refund. If not, on day 3 you can go back to the return and ask eBay to step in for your refund.

There’s no reason to send messages to the seller or contact eBay through chat when you use MBG correctly. No seller is going to give you a refund based on what you tell them in a message.

I'm thinking the OP possibly lost MBG privelleges? ... OP has a history of a lot of negative feedbacks ... OP has written about messaging sellers for returns/refunds in a lot of FBs.  Actually, OP hasnt left any FB for sellers in like a year... wouldnt be shocked if EBay revoked OP's Feedback privelleges... (not sure if that is actually a thing). But i could see EBay not letting OP give any more FB to sellers after the pattern of FB left in the past

I don’t think there’s a such thing as revoking feedback. If there is can you post a link to where you saw that?
