Cant void a label. Get "technical difficulty"ties

I have been trying to void shipping labels since due to printer issues. When I go to shipping labels and select void label I get a "technical issues please try again later. I tried the same day and everyday  since. I am now outside the 5 day window. Can't find an Ebay help phone number that works.
