Cant update Available Quantity on Some of My Listings

When I try to update the available qty on some of listings I get an error that says "ShippingService cannot be revised if the item has bid or active Best Offers or is ending in 12 hours."

Im not trying to change the shipping at all - just want to change/update quantities on the listing. I have been getting this error message on and off for about a week now and only on some of my listings - other listings let me update the quantities. I only change the quantity - nothing else on the listing and i get an error about changing the shipping service even though i am not trying to change the shipping service! Please please do something to fix this! Now I have several listings that show 0 available when in fact i do have some available so i am missing out on potential sales!

We'll need a lot more info to try and diagnose this.

First, are they all fixed price listings?

Do any of them have active offers and/or offers that were sent within the past 48 hours even if the last item has since sold?

Were you recently opted in to EIS (eBay International Shipping)?

Do you see any common threads, for example every affected listing being tied to the same shipping policy?

Are you offering EISD (eBay International Standard Delivery) which is being discontinued by the end of the month?

There are many areas we'll need to look at to try and investigate if your goal is to keep using these listings instead of ending and creating new ones, but we can probably help you figure it out with more info @mystic.mana.crystals.

Thank you for your response. I finally got ahold of ebay cs and they were able to resolve this for me - was part of a glitch related to the transition to the new ebay international shipping. cant believe that a simple switch such as that could cause such a headache. anyway, all taken care of now.
