Cant access seller hub

I cannot get into my seller hub only my watch list and home page 

I cant ship I can do a markdown manager I cant do anything for almost 70 hours I just called and they said I was no longer a store I had to resubscribe I have had a store for 9 years ?

and guess what I stil cant get in I have tried all browsers too now my shipments are late and I cant list

The CS rep must not have been correct as I looked and did see that you have a store.

weird they said I didnt have a store for months this may explain all the missing listings I have been experiencing

I just resubscribed 

they also kept charging me 20 cents instead of 10 cents per listing and I called 3 times about that 

sheesh crossing my fingers going through inventory and making listings only 700 to go
