Cannot view my purchased item listings, please help

I made a number of purchases today and forgot to grab the images of one of the items before I finalized it. Now when I click on the listening, it displays on my screen for a split second and then vanishes before taking me to a similar items page. Is there a setting to fix this? Clearly it's still there somewhere, but I can't view it.
