Hi there are a few tricks to know about this and they have been posted in previous threads you can search for, possibly under "trouble signing up for managed payments" What finally worked for me is making sure that your name as it appears on your paypal acct not only matches your ebay registration but most importantly the titling of your bank acct which you will need to link for managed payments. ie your initial if you have to add it etc. Also if you have a PO Box as your mailing address it wont work so important to put in your home address (even if you dont get mail there) just to be able to initiate the acct. They have not developed an alternative for those of us that only have PO Box's for our mail - they don't understand that some in the country get no mail delivery in rural areas and rely on the Post Office boxes. Eventually they said when they review these , not having address match to the banking acct info as I did, they may disconnect the acct but for now I was able to finally register. Any auctions you listed prior to registering that end afterwards will still pay out to Paypal, subsequent ones & any fixed price will load funds directly into your managed payment acct once it is approved and fully registered.
