For several days I have not been able to see fees on my items sold for previous months. On my Account Activity page, under Total Fees and Payments there is a tabbed area. I used to be able to see all the fees from the previous months on the Fees tab. There used to be pages at the bottom of the list and I would just move through the numbers to look back Now it will only shows one page of the fees since August 1.

Even when I select the months that I wish to view and press go it will not take me there. It only takes me to what I have sold in August. Is this something they are working on? I wanted to see what they charged me for fees last month because my invoice was higher than the previous month.

This date bar located above the tabs does not seem to be working.

Select the months you would like to see your fees and payments for From: Jul 2019 to: Aug 2019

I can put an individual id number in a box which will show the fvf fee for that item but I can not see a list of all my charges. I know at least 2 rollover charges ocurred but want to double check the past fees to see how many since Ebay is having some glitches on the GTC rollovers.

Yes, since there are a lot of issues right now with eBay double dipping for GTC Relisting Fees, this doesn't surprise me.

I would call eBay and ask them why this is happening, and if other customers are seeing this?

If eBay is hiding your information so you can't reconcile your account, this needs to be reported.

Please update us, as this appears to be another major problem?

Perhaps this isn't what you are looking for but on the right side near the top of your account activity page there is a drop down for the invoices in past months. If you click on a month and then scroll down, it should show all the charges.

Thank you, I was able to see the list of monthly fees by doing that. I have been away from the computer for a few days on a camping trip. I still have the problem of only seeing current fees the way I previously described. If I can find the time I will contact Ebay.
