Multiple sellers have posted about their inability to discount combined shipping on purchases of multiple items which were purchased with offers.
Contact the seller and ask them to refund a discount for combined shipping after they have shipped the items. Most will agree to do so. When they have, pay the non-discounted amount.
Offers for multiple items are a hassle, some sellers like myself try to avoid any such situation, but will cooperate and refund when the situation arises.
