Cannot reply to questions from buyers!

I cannot reply to questions from potential buyers. I have questions that need answering but when I go onto the reply box I can only type one letter and then it freezes and jumps down to the bottom of the page. What's going on?

If you are using the Grammarly browser extension, try disabling that.

Or else try using a different browser that does not have that installed to send your eBay messages.
