Why would i get this message?
I bought 2 T shirts from a seller,both arrived,both blatantly fake so counterfeit goods.
I opened a return, the seller asked for pics... Superdry dont use Gildan cheap T shirts,so i photographed and sent them. It came to the point that the date where ebay could intervene, which they did and said send them back..
Ok... In the meantime the seller has basically disappeared, selling zero items. With that in mnd,im reluctant to return as they will end up with my money and my fakey superdrys. Obviously,i cant get in touch with anyone at Ebay....... Just the bots keep spinning me in circles...
SO.......... I thought i would leave feedback to warn any other buyers in case they spring up again (account is still live)..
Upon trying to leave feedback i get the above message.
So... They sell fakes,i cant warn others to this issue,i still have my fakies that are basically only worth mopping oil up..

You don't mention any dates in your OP, but FB can only be left within 60 days.
Or it could be that you have a an open case against the seller.
Return to the case and see what options are open to you now as you should be able to excalate as the seller has not supplied you with a return label.

As @downunder-61 said, I don't see any dates mentioned either, but generally speaking, since you opened a return request, and since you stated that eBay said to return the shirts, then I would definitely return them right away. There is a limit to how long you can wait to do that before eBay will actually close the case. Don't worry about the fact that the seller is incognito for now, just follow the return request rules. As long as you do that, eBay should protect you. A seller only has 2 days to refund a buyer after the return is received, but the buyer does need to return the items first, so I'd be sure to get that done within the time frame that eBay told you to do so. I believe you cannot leave the feedback because the case is open.
