Cannot message a seller. The error: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later."

Try a different browser or a different link.

Go to the seller's feedback page and use the "contact" link there. If prompted for an item number, use a current item number or else choose "not about an item" rather than using an expired item.

I tried everything. Even from the app on the phone.

The item didn't expire.
