Cannot log out using Safari on iPhone?

I cannot log out using Safari on iPhone? Trying to log out of ebay using Safari and continues to loop back to home page keeping me logged in ?  What’s the problem?

You should be able to sign out of your account by clearing your eBay cookies and closing your browser.
