Cannot list any items app says “no internet connection retry”. Has anyone experienced the same?

I'm getting the same issue on my galaxy s8+ also cannot edit current listings

Same here. Not only does it take longer to add pictures to the listing but when I hit submit, I get the Internet connection not available error and I can’t upload the listing. I’m dead in the water on listings. They should fire people for issues like this. It’s costing eBay money left and right with these “mistakes.”
