Cannot contact store due to some "temporary technical issue"

During last several days I cannot contact store - supertoys (https://ebay.us/m/VZrW5j) - due to unclear issues during last week

Bought product on presale and cannot get any information about it's delivery

When you made your purchase, you should've seen an estimated delivery date.  If that date has passed by at least one day, but less than 30 days, you can activate eBay's Money Back Guarantee and open an item not received case.

If that date is still in the future, not much you can do until then.\

So, what was the EDD? 

PS: Forgot to add, you need to do this by clicking on your Purchase History.

You are in Poland, the seller is in China and this is the community forums on the USA eBay.com site. We are other buyers and sellers not eBay employees so cannot do anything more than offer advice. 

The listing when you bought should have shown an estimated delivery date. You would have 30 days after that to open an item not received case if you don't receive it. Feedback looks good, so should be ok.
