This has been a problem since November 2017. I run a promotion for free Priority Mail for orders over $50. When it asks you for a pic for the promo (I had a Halloween themed one in late October) I tried changing it in early November, it refuses to start the promo. It's been this way ever since. So I've had the same pic since October! It's the only way I can run the promo! CS says they put a ticket in but nothing has changed. Any others see this, have the same problem?
