Like so many Ebay members, I have been cast into a circular hell of no help.
I have a sale that has not been paid for. I filed a complaint on Dec 6 but still have heard nothing.
Ebay says that the buyer has 4 days to respond, well that has long past.
How can I cancel this sale?? I keep getting the message that a resolution case is currently open so the sale cannot be cancelled. BUT the buyer is supposed to have only 4 days to respond.
How can I get this resolved now?
PS. Ebay needs to have more people available to help their customers rather than relying on circular pot boiler help procedures that don't seem to work very well.
