Cannot add an Item to a Collection

I've listed item 172801643135 on a seven day auction and I'm trying to add it to  a collection and whenever I press the "add to collection" box, it never opens up the add to collections page.  It just seems to hang up. This inability to access the add to collection page only seems to be affecting item #172801643135.  I am able to add other items to my collections but this specific item seems to lock up the browser window.  It think its a glitch of some sort. The only information that I can provide is that I listed this item with a "don't start until time" yesterday and I know that listings that are scheduled, cannot be added to a collection until the item has been listed.  Perhaps a bit of the code assoicated with this item is a left over from how the listing was created.  I would end the listing and relist to clear out an unseen bugs but I have five watchers and don't wanna lose them by creating a new listng.  I like adding items like this to my collections so I can help to preserve the memory of the cool items that I've passed along  and sold to other collectors on eBay.  Any help or suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I had a helpful reply, but I too am not able to add to my collections. This has been going on for several days now. This occurs when I try to add my own items to a collection as well as when I try to add other sellers' items to a collection. Just got off the phone with an eBay customer service rep and he said that it is a glitch in the system and that he will make a note to the technical department. Good luck to all of us experiencing this and the other glitches with the ebay system.

Hi, I'm trying to add goods for sale and I throw "confirm account entry", I confirm via phone and try again to sell the goods, but the same. I wrote to the support service - there is no answer. Tell me the solution or the phone number of the operator of Ebay, where to contact. All account procedures have passed.

Same problem here since last 3 weeks. Was hoping to find some solution or a way to send screenshot to ebay tech support.

Yes me too and I cannot get a fix from eBay. So frustrating!!

It is Ebay's fault that the buyer "collections" are very glichy, and they have been glichy for over a year now.  Because I have tried mutitple internet browsers, like chrome, firefox, and internet explorer.  But anyways this is what happens as a buyer is that I find items I want to buy for our small business and I try to add that item to one of my many buyer collections and alot (not all!) of the time that item correctly adds to the correct collection, but here's the major problem because I bet at least 10% of the time I will try to add an item to a collection and the internet browser just kinda freezes up and the item just will not add to a collection no matter what I do, and additionally I have randomly noticed items disapearing from mycollections, additionally I notice that some new items I ad to a collections gets replaced by an items I deleted from collections months ago.  I should just go back to writing descriptions and ebay item numbers on physical paper, but that sounds like alot of work to!
