Or manually add tracking for a combined order. The system will not allow two items shipping to the same address but ordered several minutes apart to be combined (the buttons are greyed out).
I am also unable to manually add the tracking info to the order/item for the second item in the package. When I try, I get a message stating the number has already been used. This was the workaround provided by customer service so this needs to be addressed ASAP.

Sounds like buyer may have checked out as a guest. Gotta ship separately, no real way around it as far as I know.

That's incorrect. It's a known issue and a ticket has already been created. I've posted here in the event that others having the same issue will see it's a glitch.

If it's two different orders, it should be shipped that way.
There could be a reason they did two different orders.
