Cannot Checkout with eBay Vault option

Cannot checkout with the option to send purchases to the ebay vault.

Issue has persisted for some time now and had already previously talked with many eBay reps to submit a request to fix the issue and nothing had happened.

ERROR:

"You need to update your account details to securely use the eBay vault. If you're seeing this notice after you've updated your info, contact us for further assistance"

" To update your info: Go to My eBay > Selling "

 I have confirmed all account details are correct and 2FA is working. The link showed below sends me to "Selling" which makes no sense.

Someone please help!!!

This is a shot in the dark but are any of your default addresses a PO Box? I read something about PO Boxes causing an issue with trading card purchases.

Thanks for the reply. I address I use is my apartment. I was previously able to send cards to the vault until recently. Haven't been able to send cards since I have withdrawn what was there previously. Not sure if it is just coincidence or not.

Were you ever able to figure out the issue? I am suddenly getting the same error message.

Same issue here. Bought and sent a card to the Vault yesterday, no problems. Today, with a new purchase, I get this error. CSR said she can recreate the error but can't figure out how to fix it. If anyone founds a resolution to this, please share.

I sought help through customer service and they were able to resolve the issue. Took about 2 days from the initial phone call.

I have bought an item from a Ebay Seller but am not able to pay for it. Neither with Visa nor with Paypal. 
When using the VISA I get an error message which says 

"You need to update your account details to securely use the eBay vault. If you're seeing this notice after you've updated your info, contact us for further assistance"

" To update your info: Go to My eBay > Selling" 

When trying to use Paypal it just throws another error message. So I reached out to support and after being thrown around different "specialists", I finally found out that the problem persists because I have a non US-address (which can't be changed).  So basically I need to create a new profile with an address in US to be able to purchase items from Ebay Vault.

This information is not something that is available anywhere (to my knowledge). It should be included in a FAQ or be on the front page of the Ebay Vault section (as a user of Ebay Vault it is relevant to know, that you exclude all non US-buyers to purchase your items).
