Is anyone also having this issue? As I'm trying to update my bank account in the Payout, Ebay immediately gives out:
"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."
and returns to a page says:
Our server is down, but we’ll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages.

I've tried to add a bank account about 20 times already and the little loading 'circle' just spins and spins and spins and never stops. I've beaning trying the last hour and I'm getting very frustrated 😞
I've already sold stuff and I can not add bank account to get paid!!!
Recommend everyone do this first before posting anything for sale!

I’m having the same issue and I’m owed over $650. I’m thinking about canceling the person’s order, because I’m not shipping the item until I know I can get paid.

I recently sold a bunch of stuff on eBay and it looks like I'm not going to get my money anytime soon.
In my payment page, in a light red box, is the message "You need to update your account details on file to receive payouts."
I click the link and in order to verify my bank account I tried to make micropayments of $0.10 and $0.05, and the response is: "We ran into trouble verifying the amounts you entered. Remember, these amounts will be between .01 and .99. If you've just requested the amounts, please note they will take 2-4 days to post to your account."
I checked my bank account and the micro-deposits from an earlier attempt are listed, so I must have provided the correct account info.
No idea what to do next. I sure would like to get that money before rent is due.

Go to your ebay MP account.
What is the status of your funds?
Is your bank information there correct?
Have you received funds to this bank account in the past?
Is your bank a Credit Union?

I think I finally got through. After receiving the first "Something went wrong..." message I clicked to authorize the same micro-deposits again, and got a different message that linked me to a page where I set things up with some intermediary service. I hope it works.

Hello Guys.
My story is: I've change over few UK's bank accounts due to MP process. Still can't update bank account details from PC and App. Many stories was told, many people involved in sorting out this problem... Nothing happened. Still awaiting money from 2 months of sales.
Bank account provider is one of largest UK's Bank, All details the same including personal details, addresses etc.
Same errors are popping up since weeks! I'll be probably forced to suspend sales on eBay because don't want to invest more money until it gets fixed [if it will be at all...] Worldwide postage cost me a lot.
As many of you know during ongoing MP process account is restricted so once all 'power-sellers' are sold out you can't relist it or change amount of stock during sales when they're running low...
At the very start of this MP process I thought It will take few days and then come back to normal. That was very naive... Any ideas what we're suppose to do next? Looks like we are left without the money and proper support. It makes people extremely frustrated.

It is not always possible to know exactly which alternative was effective in a particular case when different things are tried. But the more users that provide details of what each has tried may ultimately provide suggestions for others to try in similar experiments, or may allow someone to figure out the common elements in the cases of users still having problems.

We changed browsers (Chrome to Firefox) and instead of selecting our bank from the pull down menu, scrolled all the way to the end and click on "My bank is not on the list" and was able to enter the information manually. This technique worked for us after many failed attempts to add our checking account information into Sellers Payments.

I have tried adding a new bank on the website from my PC using Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox and on the Android phone app. My bank is not on the list, so I always enter the info manually. On the website, I was first entering not on the Sellers hub and then opted into the Sellers hub. Nothing has worked yet. I always get the "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.".

I am having the same issue. I'm trying to update my payment information and it keeps saying:
This is taking longer than usual.
Please check your internet connection.
I won't let me update my bank account.

I'm having the same issue. When I selected: Set up your payout method -add a checking account, I'm prompted with an error message. I called customer support and they were completely clueless. Any insight?

Yep same problem. Ebay message saying to update (I don't have a bank added yet I'm a noob) my account or payment by Feb 16 to avoid restrictions.
First time I tried, when I enter my Bank Acct# the number all of a sudden disappears and then says enging in "my last 4 digits". Tried twice and nothing, and got fed up.
So I alternated went to Web browser and be4 was on phone or vice versa so this time nothing disappeared and I was done great clicked submit and page disappeared. Tried again and also didn't work.
I had issues as well few months ago and I tried to call them gazillion time and nothing. I'm new (returning after 20 years) and the vibe I'm getting with you cannot call a legit company and have to research it online yourself and waste time is ABSURD. This happens in a third world country not the US. I'm surprised they still operate!!!

I can't get on it to
