Cannot Add or Update Bank Account in Seller Payout

Is anyone also having this issue? As I'm trying to update my bank account in the Payout, Ebay immediately gives out: 

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."

and returns to a page says:

Our server is down, but we’ll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages.

I am having this issue as well. Called eBay and I told them I needed them to provide me with my payout with a different method. They said they "can't." When I asked "Well is eBay just going to keep this money then?" They said "No" and when I asked "How else can I get my money then?" They told me I could by ARBITRATION!!!! Meaning they would need me to sue them for this! Been an eBayer for 10yrs and this has to be the worse seller treatment I have ever heard of! Insane!!!

no you cannot ... there is no where to edit the info... it just has a button to manage your account info but nothing when it loads the page.. no option to edit

I really wouldn't recommend doing that. I spent time listing an item and I was asked to update my bank information: then I got the error message anyway. Frustrating. I'm giving up. Tried for months also.

Ok I'm officially giving up. I tried the clicking "my bank is not on the list method". Still nothing. I am so grateful that eBay don't owe me any money from sales. I've got a good mind to not buy though eBay tbh it's disgraceful. I tried to contact them by phone and it's an automated voice saying that you can go online for help. Then they say "to hear this message again, press 1". If you don't press anything (potentially to wait for an advisor) they put the phone down on you. Classic. When I get that error message there is also a link saying "ask for help" and when you click that, nothing happens.

For that reason, I'm out.

I'm new here and trying to set up an account to sell a few things.  Under my payments, it has my CC info but no where to put banking info for my checking account.  When I hit edit it goes to 'add another credit card" or something but no where  for my checking #.  So frustrated.  

UNLESS....  does that pop up when you actually list your first item?  I have listed anything yet.

The bank change feature doesn't work.  I tried multiple times.   I had to call support and get my call escalated to second level support.  They manually made the change on their end. 

It's a core feature I should be able to access through my account settings.  Right up there with templates, that incidentally also do not work.  I'm not sure how all this broken code gets pushed live.
