Buyer requested cancellation of item which has been done - in fact I got message from eBay saying cancellation is complete AND THERE IS NOTHING MORE I NEED TO DO yet after several days, the item is still in my orders waiting shipment (even with free shipping which wasn't in the listing!). I can't delete it from there and I certainly don't want to be charged for a delayed shipment of an item that's been cancelled!

I have a similar situation that I don't know how to deal with. I had a buyer who ordered 2 items and before paying, requested that both be cancelled, which was done without incident. BUT as of the day that cancellation occurred, my Seller Hub overview says I have two orders that I can combine shipping on. If I click on it it says I have no orders to combine. But I don't know how to get it off SH Overview page. It's been 3 weeks.
