iPad IOS 12.4.1 website, not App.
After selecting reason for canceling the Submit soft key button disappears.
After a couple of tries from different pages getting to the Cancel page with still no button, I clicked to the right of the Back button in a few places and the cancel order went through.
Another Glitch?
