If you try and cancel one item in a large order the ebay system cancels the entire order. Sold 9 items to one person, one of the items was defective. Tried to cancel just that one item and the system will not permit it, it wants to cancel the entire order. eBay help told me to contact the buyer and after they get the shipment to file for a refund on the one item. This is plain stupid and once again not seller and in this case buyer friendly. Change the system to allow for removal of one item and not the entire transaction.
