Can't upload photos to Listings- Keep getting Internal Error Message

Can't list anything.  The image uploader is taking forever and then it gives an internal error message(SD009).  No way to contact customer support either because they don't open until 8am EST....

Glad to see it is not just an issue with my account. I have just one item to list this morning and can't add the photos. Saved it as a draft for later and hopefully they will fix it quickly.

Can't edit pictures.

Had one I wanted to turn & Had an upside down one, it spun forever, then did error. Lost photos.

Not editing anything else.

not going to try to list. 

Guess I'll wax the floor.

Not a lot of $$ in it, but, not gonna be any here either.

Same problem in UK, as someone else said why no ebay employees jumping on thread to keep us updated and why no banner on main site when you go to sell something rather than everyone wasting ages thinking it is something they are doing wrong.  I work in IT and as soon as something goes wrong on one of our sites we get a banner up, pretty basic stuff.

Same thing going on here. I tried to upload photos on chrome, explorer and even tried through the eBay app...no dice. There's issues with printing labels and sending messages too. Guess my work day is shot.

Same problem as you, except now when I just tried to purchase and print a label it gave me that stupid Something Went Wrong message, so it looks like labels for shipping are up the creek, too...

I can also confirm I am having the same problem. I cant upload pics to a new listing or a existing listing. Editing and then saving a photo in a existing listing will throw a "File not found (FP001)" error.  Location is east coast for me.

Same problem on ebay.co.uk Banner with warning would be really nice when something like this happens. Would not need to try taking photos with different cameras and changing browsers and even os's 😄 Need to list, cant... When uploading photos receiving: Internal error (SD009) ... I guess, lets just wait...

Same problem here 

I had items saved in draft mode with photos uploaded - ready to do final edit this morning and I cannot rotate, edit or work with my saved photos at ALL! 

I thought it was me but now I see it is across the board

Same thing here. I deleted the app and reloaded the app, tried using browser versus the app, took the photos tried to upload them try to take them live… Nothing works. I need to list things now like… Please hurry

Really frustrating lately to see how much stuff is always broken with eBay ... I just started a national advertising campaign on social media referencing our website, Amazon, and eBay but can't upload the product to eBay 😞

ebay tech is probably working on their software...
usually.....give it some time.....and should be good-to-go
soon. be patient.
i hope they don't CHANGE FORMATS, CHANGE JPG IMAGE LOADING
etc etc as they have done in the recent past....which really SCREWS up
things. WHY FIX IT IF IT AIN'T BROKE???
