Possibly, in the mean time while you wait for resolution, you could add those measurements to the listing description.

The measurements of the coat are posted in item description. Looks like the buyer doesn't want to bother yourself to read it  😞

You could try using the app--I was having this problem on the website, but when I tried with the app I was able to send the message.

Try going to the user's profile or feedback page, and using the "contact" link there to compose a new message rather than using a reply. You may be able to send a message that way.
