Hi, sending revised combined shipping invoices is not working again. It did the same thing a few months back. All you get is a big red box that says "Something went wrong. Please try again later". I have tried for hours every way I can think of. I have used 3 different browsers. It does not work. This is a feature that is very important to my business. I have a repeat buyer waiting right now. Very important to me to fix this issue. Last time it took 3 days to start working and I lost several good buyers. Are there any solutions? Thanks for any help.

HI-I ran into this a few days ago. Ebay on the phone assured me that the buyer can still pay via the shopping cart checkout at their end and that you may just have to adjust the postage with a refund. In my situation the shipping that I had sent via my invoice with the red banner the same as yours actually did display at his end with the shopping cart checkout even though the actual invoice that I was trying to send did not go. Send the buyer a message to use the shopping cart checkout and go from there.

Hi, it seems they are getting the invoices. The seller just can't tell so they keep sending them over and over. Then they sit around and lay around losing sleep until it gets paid. Poor guy, I must have tried to send an invoice 30 times on 3 different browsers. It says "ERROR" every time so you just keep sending. Last time it happened in February. I did the pay the whole original invoice message and I will refund you the difference. Not one single person answered, paid or did it that way. It took eBay 3+ days to fix it last time.
