Can’t send offers from eBay app after update

After the most recent iOS eBay app update, I am now unable to send offers from the app. When you try to select the item you’d like to send an offer for, the item is grayed out and it will not let you select it or send an offer for it. This applies to ALL items that are eligible to send offers for. I have been sending offers from desktop on eBay website because the app does not work. Please fix!!!

Worked for me. What’s weird is if there's more than one it’s lets me send offers but only percentage off not an amount. But when there’s one it’s grayed out. 
But after your fix it let me send a dollar amount.

Fill the entire text box, about the reason you are returning the item, until it is completely full.

Also, upload 5 or more pictures, of the item, or just random photos. This worked for me.
