Can't see orders on mobile app

Started today, on mobile app it won't show me all orders. All other sites work fine as does active listings and unsold. I just want one whole week where everything works as it's supposed to.

I assume when they fixed "preview listing" they messed something else up.

I have been able to see my orders on the Android app from 9:30 this AM up to a minute ago.

The Android app has been far more stable than the IOS app, forever.

I’ve been having this same issue on my mobile iOS eBay app ALL DAY. It’s annoying AF. Have to log onto the desktop page to view the orders I’ve sent out; extremely inconvenient.

This is still going on. Can't see orders on mobile app. When will this be resolved?

Can you view your orders using a mobile browser? In mobile mode or desktop mode?

No, I cannot view my orders in my mobile browser. It is only allowing me to view orders via desktop mode on my iPad via the Safari browser. The eBay iOS app on both my iPad and iPhone will also not view orders.

Having the same problem, has been happening all day today and I was just looking for confirmation that it wasn’t just me. I’m on the eBay app for iOS, can’t see anything at all under Orders, but Active listings are showing up just fine. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed soon!

It’s fixed now on my end. Didn’t do anything. I just woke up and it’s fine now.
