Can't see or do anything on here and has me log in and I can't close ... what the "H" is going on ?

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having problems with the main eBay page hanging or causing Explorer to crash, try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera instead. If you can't use another browser, you can try bookmarking the eBay sitemap page and using that rather than going to the main eBay page (which is apparently causing problems for users of IE11 lately):

I'm on IE 11 and was able to access/load the eBay Homepage and login this morning, after ~ 5 days of problems.  I did nothing to my system (i.e. clearing cookies/cache). 

Looks like it might be resolved .....
