Can't relist from unsold items screen

When I view my unsold items, each item has a relist button.

Clicking that button gives me:

Why have a relist button, if "your can't" use it??????????

I just discovered if I click on the "go to the listing tool" link, it takes me to revise that item!

Something is messed up, but with one extra click on a confusing error message screen, I can still get the item relisted, I just have to go through the revise process first.  😞

I think last week eBay was just having glitches, and it seems those have been cleared up (for now).
