The message says "There was a problem. Please try again."
Check to make sure the seller ships to your location. Does the seller have experience selling, or is the seller new? It is possible that the seller has not set up the account correctly to receive your payment.
Otherwise it may be a temporary problem.

I know what it translates to.
eBay help desk contacted me (via call back) and say there is nothing wrong from their end. It could be how the seller has combined the 3x items and combined / reduced the postage.
I've dropped a message to the seller to re-invoice me.
