When clicking create shipping label from the sold item on the ipad, the window opens up fine but you cannot change shipper, weight, dimensions or anything. You can click on these areas but nothing happens. I have the latest app, latest software, I deleted the app, re-downloaded from app store and powered down ipad. still happening AND happening on my wife's ipad as well. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. When I called them about 4 days ago, they said they hadn't heard of it. Probably the 4th or 5th item I've found over the last few years that they never heard of happening. We cant be the only members experiencing this. The iphone functions just fine, why is it on iPad only?
