Can't print return label, ;technical error', can't access purchase history 'order not found HELP.

I am inform technical error means I can't print a returns label, purchase history is incomplete, and can't access where it is not incomplete, 'ORDER NOT FOUND', I am unable to message seller though they have requested information. !!!!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG ?  This has been going on for over a week.

Have you already been refunded or partially refunded? If so, the return is closed.
