What browser are you using? Have you tried another?
Some Internet Explorer users have encountered problems loading the main eBay page or signing in -- or signing in and being sent to the main eBay page. If you are having that issue and you will not try another browser, try using the eBay sitemap link to navigate to one of your My eBay pages -- that may bypass the problem:

Otherwise, here is an alternate sign in page that works better in some cases:
