Can't list items using Firefox

Recently, I found that I can't use Firefox to list new item using self listing form. After I checked with Java, they advised that Java is not support for Firefox 52 or later. I am using Firefox 54.0.1. Same situation for Chrome already, what should I do?

Try this listing tool instead and see if it helps.   It works for me with chrome and firefox, although Chrome has been cranky for a few days on pic uploads.   Which may be my ancient lap top. 

The following information will help users that have problems with the best offer feature or if they would like more control over when their items relist.

Use the advanced listing tool. When you click on the sell tab you should see a "use advanced listing tool. It may also say "use form with more choices" .

I've just wasted 45 minutes listing many items on a huge sale and couldn't save at the end, nor registering the item for sales.. progress is great.

The photos will not load to Ebay from my desktop using Firefox.

I spent a lot of time with "customer service" spinning me around through dummy hoops. I had to answer the same idiot questions 3 different times.

Their prblem is that they do not play nice with the latest version. They are giving preferential treatment to other browsers. If I can load the same picture from Pinterest and can't my from desktop using Firefox, then it's an Ebay problem.

The people I spoke with were not knowledgeble enough to be able to relay the problem correctly.

One told me that she would add me to the list of people with this problem. Another one told me that I was the first to report it. The people who can fix the problem will never know it exists.

I was told I would get an email within 7-10 working days. This has been going on for 2 weeks.

It's an eBay sub-domain that's being privacy-blocked in Firefox. I've forgotten, but I'll dig around and post the info/fix. Meanwhile look through your blocking and privacy settings.

You also need to check through any and all privacy blockers you have installed. The following domains and subdomains should be whitelisted:

ebayrtm.com

ebaystatic.com

ebaydesc.com
