When I hit 'Submit Listing", I'm directed to a page with a picture of a little kid in an orange parka with the hood pulled over his face. The caption reads, "WE LOOKED EVERYWHERE. Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help visit our help pages." Under that is a box that says "Go to Homepage."
The "technical" advice I got from chat was to try again in 24 hours. At the end of the chat, the agent disagreed with me when I said that my issue was not resolved. I guess she thought her savvy advice was the resolution. Has anyone else dealt with an inability to list? I tried to schedule for a later time and that didn't work either.
HELP!

Shot in the dark... clear your CACHE or browsing history just in case?

Getting exactly the same problem for the last couple of days. Tried different browsers and different devices. Nothing appears to work. Also cannot generate a preview of item. Just spins round and around. Hope it gets fixed soon. Please post if you hear of or find a fix. Many thanks

I see one item you have listed on ebay.co.uk at the moment.
You are currently on the US discussion boards. Try signing out here and signing back in to ebay.co.uk to see if that makes a difference for you.
If not, try posting on the UK discussion boards in case there is an issue there.

I cleared the cache and history , tried every browser I can think of, and I am not in the UK. I'll try the Managed Payments and then will be on the phone. I'm tempted to open a new account to see ion that makes a difference but I'm afraid to screw things up further.

The UK response was directed at billmaltby, who posted in this thread about having the same problem and who is registered in the UK.

I'm just off the phone with eBay technical support. They had to verify my identity and the device from which I was attempting to list items. It took about 15 minutes to do that but all is fixed now and I was able to submit listings successfully.
