Can't list item or edit draft listings

I'm trying to edit a draft listing I left for myself yesterday afternoon. When I click on the draft from the "sell your item" page to attempt to edit it, it brings me to a page (in the attachment) that acts as if I just registered as a seller. The same thing is happening when I attempt to create a new listing. If I click the "List your item" button, it brings me back to the sell an item page and I'm stuck back in the same loop. I have been on the site since 2006. Is this a technical issue? Is anyone else having this problem? It's very frustrating being stuck in a constant loop when I need to list the item in the draft.

Ok, we all are having this problem but I don't see any answers from ebay on how to fix the problem. Do anybody have an answer?

I switched to advanced listings from there I was able to edit draft as I originally just used the simple listing. It fixed my issue with unable to adjust condition and leaf category issue. Hope this helps as  no one has really tried to give any assistance at all. Good luck
