Can't list an item / listing page not working

Anyone having the same problem? For weeks, i just can't list anything. Anytime i want to make a listing and press the maginifier icon, i got the message that the page is not in function. Any ebay tech support here that could tell me what's going on? In the picture there's screenshot with a error i always get.

The problem may be directly related to your location.

eBay made some changes over the summer that caused many problems for users located in Eastern Europe.

You may have to contact eBay on one of the EU sites to address this issue.
