Can't leave feedback

Hello,

I can't leave feedback. I get the following error. It's not letting me even get to a place where I can type anything. I've already searched the boards and found errors when using special characters. But, this is different b/c I can't even get to that page. Help plz!

What browser are you using? Do you have the same issue if you try another browser?

If not, see if you can update your original browser:

I'm using Chrome. Base on the link, it's up to date.

I did try on Firefox and I didn't get the error. I was able to leave feedback. 

Are there known issues with Chrome and eBay? I'd hate to switch browsers just to leave feedback.

I have not heard of your specific issue before. I do not think that there is a widespread problem with Chrome users unable to leave feedback. There may be something specific to your particular setup. Perhaps deleting cache and eBay cookies might be worth trying, as well as temporarily disabling add-ons; an overly broad ad blocker rule might cause problems loading menus.

Using an incognito browser window to leave feedback might serve as a workaround.
