Can't get to payment page

I need to make two payments, but when I click on Checkout, I just get the spinning thingy and it never takes me to my payment page. There's no error message; it just doesn't ever connect with the page where I can submit my payment information. I've been trying all day. I don't know if it's extra traffic on the payment site or some technical issue with the ebay website.

If you are running into problems when checking out -- specifically, getting a spinning progress ring immediately after signing in to PayPal -- see this thread for some possible things to try:

Many users experiencing that problem have better results when switching to another browser, or temporarily disabling ad blocking and cross-site tracker blocking on eBay and PayPal, or else using a mobile browser or the eBay app to checkout.
