Can't edit an Other FAQ

Neither Edit nor Remove work on Chrome desktop

(I assume FAQ's should be able to be edited even with Outstanding Best Offers?)

I'm having the same problem on both Safari and Firefox on Mac with 2 different selling accounts.

To anybody experiencing this:

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.

Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

Unfortunately there is no ? on the manage communications with buyers page, but sellers can report from most other pages including seller hub or even the eBay home page.

Editing the FAQ is still not working for me

There is no ? on the FAQ page but I used the ? on another page to report

I've reported this a few times. Going on 2 months with no fix.

I just checked again and was able to edit one of mine on Chrome

Thanks @eastlaneave . Still a no go for me on both Safari and Firefox, checked 2 different accounts.
