Can't dismiss popup on selling pages; javascript error

When opening the selling overview page, I'm shown an html popup titled "Welcome to your selling overview!". Clicking the "OK, got it" button, nor the upper right close "X" dismisses the popup dialog. The developer console reports this error when the above buttons are clicked:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'contains' of undefined
at d.handleDialogClick (common-TTM-iih4.js:formatted:6997)
at l (common-TTM-iih4.js:formatted:388)
at HTMLBodyElement.c.<computed>.a.addEventListener.c.<computed> (common-TTM-iih4.js:formatted:422)

I've tried Edge and Chrome; same result. I can't get to the selling page. Anyone else experiencing this?

It might be worth trying Firefox -- you may be able to permanently dismiss the popup in one browser and go back to your original browser.
