Can't create USPS Labels - no shipping agreement setup

H there,

I'm hoping you can help me out. I've gone back and forth with both ebay and paypal and they can't seem to help me.

When I try to create a label I get this error " Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."

It shows that Paypal is my select method of payment and there is money in the account.

I unlinked my ebay account and relinked it to create an ebay inc. billing agreement, but it doesn't show a "shipping agreement"

Is there something I've missed to create the shipping agreement?

I've had this account for years without issue and all of a sudden this popped up a few weeks ago and I can't get any traction to fix it. 

Please help!

You can create USPS labels on PayPal.

The lables need to be created through ebay. Paypal is not an option unfortunately.

You need to unlink and relink the shipping payment option, which is different from the ebay account payment link.  Do this from a PC, not the mobile app, and see if it fixes your problem:

Log into your Paypal account and go to your Account Settings>>Money, banks and cards>Automatic Payments. Click on Set Automatic Payments.

Then in My pre-approved payments, select eBay Inc Shipping, and CANCEL

Next time you create a shipping label, it will ask to log into your Paypal account for the label payment.
