I am trying to change my registration information but everytime I click on personal information this error appears: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I'd been trying this for a week with different browsers and laptops with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix it?
Your best option would be to contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem. They usually get back to you in 24 - 48 hours and are more helpful than the offshore phone support nowadays.
