Can't Send an Invoice

I'm trying to send an invoice to a buyer, but I keep getting the "oops something went wrong. try again sometime." error message. I'm using the send invoice button under my unpaid items. The invoice generates, but when I hit submit, I get the error message. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi All,

I figured out the problem. The buyer I was trying to send an invoice to is no longer a registered user on Ebay. I wish the error message had told me that instead of "Something went wrong. Try again sometime." Anyway, issue is resolved.
