New issue past 2 days sending invoices to international customers. After inputting shipping cost it says "You have not specified postage to the buyer's location. Please verify the shipping options before submitting the invoice." No matter what amount or shipping service I enter, the same issue comes up. EBAY WILL NOT LET ME SEND THE INVOICE NO MATTER WHAT I DO. This has never been an issue before.
