Can’t Select QR code on mobile app

When trying to select QR code for shipping option, it will let you select it but the save option button will not click.

QR code labels were not available in the app for a long time - I don't know if that's still the case, Help page hasn't changed yet. Can you access a desktop or desktop browser for the QR label option?
