Can't Give "Helpful" to Community Posts

Is there a specific one you can't give a "Helpful" for? How long has this been going on?

Sometimes when I attempt to reply to a fairly new post, the "Reply" option is grayed out.

Have never pursued this further or asked why.

What board is the post on?  Some board groups require you to join the group before you can reply to or mark something helpful.

Try signing out of the community boards, then sign back in.

Many board issues can be caused by stale sign-in credentials.

If that does not help, try another browser to rule out browser issues.

All posts in this thread (except mine) have the "helpful"  & reply available - like normal. 

I didn't re-sign in or anything.
