I updated everything, cleaned out the cookies and history. Yet, it didn't fix it or if it did, it only worked briefly. Whenever I sign back in it would have the same problem again. Anyway, I chatted with ebay's tech support yesterday. I signed into ebay again and for some inexplicable reason it worked! I have no idea what happened. We will see if it continues to work the next time I sign in... (The Macbook Air we use is pretty old and updates only go so far...)
